Tanmay Chakravorty

  

An Accomplished & Seasoned Sales & Marketing Professional with over 30 years of hand on experience, An Engineer by Profession , Tanmay is an Industry Veteran having a successful Sales Career spreading over multiple Industries and Organizations dealing with Sales of Combustion & Foundry Equipment’s, Industrial Gensets, Tractors to Commercial Trucks and Buses. 

In his last stint he had spent more than 21 years in Tata Motors in various Sales Leadership roles at the Regional and National level spanning over the complete range of Tata Motor’s Commercial vehicles Sales. Spearheaded the All India Sales and Marketing function of Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicles and CV Passenger BU for the last 6 years of his career in Tata Motors before enterprising into building ‘XLevate'  as an initiative to train, upskill and help the Automotive Channel Sales team to Excel and Elevate their sales performance .           

A Distinguished Leader well known for his  in-depth knowledge of the commercial vehicle Industry, mentoring and building highly motivated teams with continuous learning and upgradation of skills and applying new concepts and technology productively to drive enhanced Channel Sales performance. 

Strongly believes and preaches the 3 Mantra’s of Sales - ‘Passion, Patience and Perseverance' the three most important key qualities  to thrive in Sales.    

Kaushik Bhattacharya

  

Kaushik is a Passionate Coach and Mentor who believes that any body can do wonders if methodically aligned to the purpose.

An Engineer by education with 28 years of diverse working experience, Kaushik has worked mostly with reputed OEMs like Tata Motors, Volvo Trucks , Eicher Trucks in India and overseas in After Sales Spare Parts and Sales functions . 

Headed the After Sales function of International Business of Eicher and was Regional Manager for Volvo Trucks.

Also ventured into leading profit center of International Distributorships to gain invaluable real ground experience.
